Return Policy
We do our best to ensure that the products
you order are delivered according to your specifications. However, should you
receive an incomplete order, products with manufacturing defects, please notify
Metro Pharmacy Hotline number immediately or within 24 hours of receiving the
products, to ensure prompt resolution. Please note that Metro Pharmacy will not
accept liability for such delivery issues if you fail to notify us within 24
hours of receipt.
Refund Policy
In the event that the payment has been processed for an individual product which has been ordered but becomes permanently unavailable then will seek to offer you a suitable alternative or give you a full refund.
Product Information, Product Description and Colors
The prices, specifications, and
availability of products shall be subject to change, withdrawal or discontinue
at the company’s discretion or MOH rules and regulations without the need to
assign any reason to the customer. While all attempts are made to be as
accurate as possible, Metro Pharmacy does not warrant that product description
or other content of this site is accurate, complete, reliable or error-free.
We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the description and color of products shown on our website. However, we rely on information provided to us by our suppliers and packaging colors may differ depending on different computer screens.
Delivery
- Delivery will take minimum 3
hours to maximum 72 hours from the time the order is successfully paid
- No delivery charges are
applied.
- Minimum order amounts are not applied.
Our delivery network is operating 24/7 to serve our customers and their health.
Payment
- Cash on delivery
- Customers could pay for
their orders online via Credit Card, Debit Card, K-Net
All prices
listed on this website are in Kuwaiti Dinars and all charges will be processed
in the desired currency.
Prices are subject to change at any time but will not
affect the orders made prior to the date of change. If, for whichever reason,
collection through the payment service should fail, will invoice you by post
for the amount payable, which must be paid in cash on delivery. We regret that
any cancellation after orders have been successfully processed will not be
approved.
The user will be allowed to purchase maximum of six quantity per medication based on MOH rules and regulations. Incase the user needs to order more than the specified quantity or in bulk, the user needs to take approval from the Metro Pharmacy.

Medical Insurance
For Medical Treatments
- Insurance company consent is required for medicines for chronic diseases.
- Civil ID card must be present with the Insurance card for quick approval.
For Dispensing General Prescriptions:
- Civil ID card must be presented with the Insurance card.
- The original prescription must be accompanied by a stamp of the hospital or private clinic in addition to the stamp of the treating physician and have the diagnosis also.
- Claim form must be brought with form stamped with hospital stamp or private clinic in addition to the stamp of the treating physician (In some companies)
- Vitamin requires the introduction of lab test that show the lack of vitamin or element required.
- Prescriptions are dispensed immediately upon insurance company approval.
- Fill in the form with requested details.
- Confirmation email will be sent to customer's email.
- Customer service team will call you to confirm the details and insurance approval.
- Once order is confirmed, payment will be done through KNET, payment link or cash on delivery.
